Our Team

Blake S. Walker

Chairman, CEO and President

Blake Walker is Chairman, CEO and President of Arcis Golf. In this capacity, he has been involved in all phases of the firm’s strategy and development since its founding. In addition to his responsibilities at Arcis Golf, Blake also serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Arcis Equity Partners. Prior to founding Arcis, he served in an executive capacity with several global private  equity and leisure firms making leveraged investments in under-performing, mismanaged and under-capitalized situations. He is also a Board member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Blake holds a B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University and currently serves as an advisory Board member at the SMU Cox School of Business.


Jim M. Oliver

Chief Operating Officer

Jim Oliver is Chief Operating Officer at Arcis Golf. In this capacity, he oversees the management and operations of all private clubs and daily fee courses for Arcis Golf. Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Jim served as Regional Vice President-West Coast and Regional Vice President-North Texas at ClubCorp, Vice President for PGA West and LaQuinta Resort, and General Manager for several private clubs with American Golf and Golf Enterprises. He has been a PGA Professional for over 25 years. Jim is an alum of Wichita State University.


Julian C. Potter

Chief Financial Officer

Julian Potter is Chief Financial Officer at Arcis Golf. In this capacity, he oversees finance, accounting and information technology for the organization. Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Julian served as Managing Director for a CFO consulting practice in Dallas and Park City, Utah. He has held leadership positions at Property Management Business Solutions in Salt Lake City, GE Equity Capital in Stamford, CT., as well as Accenture and Perot Systems in Dallas. Julian holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA degree in Finance from The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania.


Scott V. Siddons

General Counsel

Scott Siddons is General Counsel at Arcis Golf. In this capacity, he serves as General Counsel and also oversees human resources. Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Scott was President, General Counsel and majority shareholder for a national energy services company as well as a Partner in two Dallas law firms. He has over 25 years of legal experience, an AV-rated lawyer and admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and in several Federal District Courts. Scott holds a B.B.A degree (cum laude) and MBA degree (honors) from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from The University of Texas-Austin.


Chris J. Crocker

Chief Marketing Officer

Chris Crocker is Chief Marketing Officer at Arcis Golf. In this capacity, he is responsible for sales and marketing strategy, execution, operations and culture. Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Chris spent 12 years in management consulting and advisory roles and 14 years in corporate leadership positions within the Communication, Internet and Hospitality industries. He is also very active in the Dallas community including as the Chairman of the Board for the Moody Family YMCA in the Park Cities. Chris holds a B.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.


Robert J. Larkin

Senior Vice President, Private Clubs

Rob Larkin is Senior Vice President of Private Clubs for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the daily operations oversight and management of Private Country Clubs.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Rob served as Vice President of Asset Management for Arcis Equity, a Senior Regional Manager at ClubCorp and Vice President at Pegasus Golf.  In these roles, he was responsible for the repositioning, integration, and asset management of golf and country clubs. Rob is an alum of Moorpark College.


Jeff K. Levine

Senior Vice President, Daily Fee Clubs

Jeff Levine is Senior Vice President of Daily Fee Clubs for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the daily operations oversight and management of Daily Fee Clubs.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Jeff served as Senior Vice President of Daily Fee and Resorts for Century Golf Partners/Arnold Palmer Golf Management, a member of the leadership team that started the daily fee portfolio for Century Golf, and a 20-year career with Arnold Palmer Golf Management.  Jeff is an alum of Seminole State College.


Scott E. Carrier

Senior Vice President, Agronomy

Scott Carrier is Senior Vice President of Agronomy for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he oversees agronomy operations across the portfolio.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Scott served as Vice President of Agronomy for CourseCo, Director of Maintenance for Eagle Golf, and Regional Superintendent for Eagle Golf’s courses in Texas, California, Nevada, and Colorado.  He is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). Scott is an alum of Emporia State University and holds an Agronomy degree from Penn State.


Dean R. Miller

Vice President, Agronomy

Dean Miller is Vice President of Agronomy for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he oversee agronomy operations for all private clubs.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Dean served as Director of Agronomy at PGA West for 14 years after serving as Superintendent of the property's Arnold Palmer and Greg Norman courses.  He is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). Dean holds a B.S. degree from Nicholls State University and an Agronomy degree from Rutgers University.


David A. Giarmona

Vice President, Food & Beverage

David Giarmona is Vice President of Food & Beverage for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the daily food and beverage operations and management across the portfolio.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, David served as the Mid Atlantic Regional Director of Food & Beverage for ClubCorp.  Additionally, he served as General Manager and Regional Director of Operations for Pegasus Golf, Executive Chef for Toll Brothers, Executive/Regional Chef for ClubCorp and in positions with other notable hospitality companies from California to the Bahamas. David is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation for 19 years and is an alum from the California Culinary Academy San Francisco, Culinary Institute of America Napa and Cosumnes River College California.


April T. Miller

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

April Miller is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and deployment of corporate human resources, including talent acquisition and management, training and leadership development, HRIS systems, labor relations and benefits and compensation administration. Prior to joining Arcis Golf, April served as Corporate Human Resources for KSL Resorts, HR Director for Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, and HR Director for La Quinta Resort & Club.  April holds a B.S. degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.


Ty A. Watson

Vice President Sales, Private Events and Tournaments

Ty Watson is Vice President of Sales-Private Events and Tournaments for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he directs the sales strategy and teams across the portfiolo.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, Ty served as National Director of Sales for Main Event Entertainment, National Director of Sales for Dave & Buster's and National Director of Sales for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Ty holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.


Patrick M. Damer

Vice President, Marketing

Patrick Damer is Vice President of Marketing for Arcis Golf.  In this capacity, he directs the strategy and execution of traditional and digital marketing campaigns to support revenue activities across the portfolio.  Prior to joining Arcis Golf, he most recently served as Membership and Sales Director for a portfolio of private clubs, and has previous roles within the club and hospitality industry as a General Manager, Portfolio Asset Manager and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for a regional management company.  Pat is a Class A PGA Member and holds a B.S. degree from Michigan State University.


Joe R. Munsch

Senior Advisor

Joe Munsch is a veteran of the golf industry with nearly 30 years of experience in financial management, operations, construction, design and development of both public courses and private clubs. He is former President of Arcis Golf, former CEO/President of Eagle Golf and served in a variety of executive leadership positions at ClubCorp, American Golf Corporation and Golf Enterprises, Inc. As Senior Advisor to Arcis Golf, he advises and provides counsel on a variety of strategic projects and initiatives. Joe is a 1975 graduate of the University of Texas-Austin.
